From the moment I stepped in, I felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, who really went the extra mile to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfectly located near Dotonbori Street and Kuro-mon market, making it easy to explore. My room was spacious and well-appointed, although the lack of natural light was a bit of a downside. While there wasn't an on-site restaurant, I appreciated the option to order food through the reception, and there were many eateries nearby.
